General and package terms of Driving School Kapitaal

1. Enrollment Requirements

• All students must be at least 16.5 years old before beginning any driving lessons.
• You don't need a theory certificate to start lessons — but you do need it before you can book your practical exam.
• For a CBR re-examination, you must take at least 5 driving lessons.

2. Lesson Scheduling

• If a cancellation is not reported at least 24 hours in advance, a fee of €55 will be charged for a scheduled manual driving lesson and €60 for a scheduled automatic driving lesson.
• Lessons missed without prior notice will be charged in full: €55 for manual driving lesson and €60 for automatic driving lesson.

3. Payment Terms

• The package amount can be paid in installments. The first installment must be at least €350; thereafter, you pay as agreed. (You can pay the entire amount in 1, 2, or 3 installments, except for package 1).
• The total driving lesson fee must be paid before applying for the practical exam.
• We accept bank transfers, credit cards, iDEAL and cash.
• The payment should be transferred to the bank account: NL45KNAB0401841189 t.n.v. Rijschool Kapitaal.

4. Refund Policy

• Packages are valid for 1.5 years from the date of purchase.
• No refunds will be issued after this period.
• In the event of a package cancellation, an administration fee of €55 will be charged.
• If you buy a package for the 2nd time, you will only pay an additional fee of €30 for package 1.
• Refunds are only issued for unused lessons within 14 days of purchase. A €55 administrative fee applies.

5. Code of Conduct

• Students must arrive on time, behave respectfully, and follow instructor guidance.
• Unsafe behavior may result in termination of lessons without refund.
• Driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited.
• Treat instructors, examiners, and fellow road users with respect.
• Avoid aggressive or inappropriate behavior during lessons or exams.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations during lessons and exams.
• Use of mobile phones or other distractions during lessons is prohibited.
• Be mentally and physically fit to drive.
• Report any medical conditions that may affect your driving ability.
